• Assisting the Head of Sales
• Researching the relevant contact persons for new clients
• Data entry and maintenance of customer contacts
• Answering emails
• Communicating with clients via email and phone
• Customer acquisition and customer care

• School-leaving certificate or successfully completed training as an office clerk
• German language skills: excellent written and spoken
• English language skills: very good written and spoken
• Keen interest, willingness to learn, and the courage to take on new challenges
• Precise and orderly working skills
• Punctuality and politeness

After a challenging three-month training period, you will have mastered the skills needed to work with large companies and know how to win them over as customers.
You will use the latest software solutions for all aspects of your day-to-day work.
You will have the opportunity to take on personal responsibility for specific areas within a rapidly growing, internationally active company within a single year.
You will work as part of a close-knit team of highly motivated, qualified and experienced managers and gain valuable experience.
Your gross monthly salary during the trainee phase will be 1,500 euros.
After you have successfully completed your training, your actual pay will be higher than this, depending on your qualifications and activities.
